# The $ANITYA Economy

The token creates a self-reinforcing economic loop across three participant types: Creators (of Assets and Experiences), Remixers, and Developers (of AI Agents).

#### 1. Attribution Loop

Creators register work → Assets get used/remixed → Licensing fees flow back → Creators earn from their creative DNA\
\
Fees scale with complexity: simple single-creator assets cost less than collaborative works tracking multiple contributors across tools.

#### 2. Agent Loop

Creators hire agents → Agents execute tasks → Developers earn fees → Developers build better agents\
\
Developers must stake $ANITYA to list agents, aligning their incentives with protocol health while removing tokens from circulating supply.

#### 3. Marketplace Loop

Creators sell assets → Buyers remix and build → Royalties auto-distribute → Original contributors earn perpetually

## Protocol Revenue

The protocol captures a small fee on transactions across all three loops:

* Attribution registration: Fee per asset registered, scaling with complexity
* Licensing transactions: Percentage of licensing fees when attributed assets are remixed
* Agent marketplace: Percentage of payments to AI agents
* Asset sales: Percentage of marketplace transactions

Exact rates are still being finalized, but the design principle is consistent: fees remain low enough that creators capture the vast majority of value, while generating sustainable protocol revenue that scales with ecosystem activity.

As a result, value is captured by creators, not platforms, and the ecosystem grows sustainably:

**Value capture:** Unlike platforms extracting 30-75% (Roblox, Unity, app stores), the protocol captures minimal rent through minimally-extractive transaction fees. Value flows to creators and developers, not middlemen.

**Compounding attribution:** Every remix creates new licensing events. Popular assets generate recurring revenue indefinitely, not just at initial sale.

**Network effects:** More creators mean more assets to remix (bigger library). More assets mean more licensing events (more revenue). More revenue attracts more creators and developers.

**Growing Demand:** Transaction fees across all three loops create consistent token demand as ecosystem activity grows.

**Governance with skin in the game:** Token holders vote on foundation treasury allocation, grants, and technical roadmap. Active governance concentrates tokens among committed long-term holders rather than short-term traders.

# Agent Instructions: Querying This Documentation

If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter:

```
GET https://anitya.gitbook.io/lightpaper/protocol-economics-and-token-design/the-usdanitya-economy.md?ask=<question>
```

The question should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
